Directions for use and Dosage
We generally recommend taking 20-30 drops diluted in a little water, 3-4 times a day.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to aid absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation and it will be absorbed more easily.
