Indications

Monasterol is based on Red Fermented Rice, Phytosterols, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, and Vitamin C.
Monacolin K, present in red fermented rice, is a natural statin that blocks cholesterol synthesis while maintaining a good tolerability profile.
Phytosterols are cholesterol-like molecules found mainly in plants, particularly vegetable oils.
They are absorbed in minimal quantities, however, they inhibit intestinal absorption of cholesterol, including biliary cholesterol, promoting its elimination.
The interesting protective action of alpha-lipoic acid on cardiovascular function is thought to derive mainly from its ability to inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol. This molecule inhibits the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.
It is known that the oxidation of small LDL particles is one of the main risk factors for atherosclerotic diseases and, more specifically, for the formation of the much-feared atheromatous plaque.
The antioxidant power of Vitamin C helps prevent the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.

Directions for Use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 capsule daily half an hour before the main meal.
