Terranova Momordica 500 mg is a food supplement with antioxidant action useful for controlling blood sugar levels for cardiovascular prevention, with anti-inflammatory effects.
Terranova Mormodica charantia, known as bitter melon, is a plant belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family that grows in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. It has always been used in folk medicine in these areas for numerous ailments. The fruit of the plant is extremely rich in phytonutrients which, through cryo-drying, are preserved in their entirety. In particular, we find Vitamin A, C and P (rutin), thiamine (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3) and numerous minerals.
Momordica has a high protein content. We also find flavonoids, a class of compounds belonging to the triterpene class, called cucurbitans, and a series of peptides, among which charantin stands out, to which the fruit's main actions are attributed: anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic.
