Indications

Food supplement of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. Magnesium, together with thiamine, contribute to normal psychological function and physiological energy metabolism. Riboflavin and copper help the nervous system function physiologically and also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Griffonia contributes to the maintenance of normal mood, sleep and, together with ashwagandha, to relaxation and mental well-being; it also helps control the feeling of hunger. Ashwagandha dry extract, a tonic-adaptogenic agent, is useful for physical and mental fatigue and for the body's natural defenses. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root dry extract tit. 1.5% in whitanolides, magnesium oxide, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed dry extract tit. 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP); glazing agents: hydropropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc glutanate, copper glutanate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), melatonin; Colorants: titanium dioxide, riboflavin, iron oxides and hydroxides. Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take one capsule daily, one hour before bedtime.

Warnings
