Food supplement for sports activities
Indications
Miramag-k sport is a thermoregulating supplement. During physical activity, the body's internal temperature rises very rapidly due to muscular work. One of the main functions of hydration is to regulate internal temperature so that, when it rises, the body compensates with sweating.
When sweat evaporates, the skin and blood (due to cutaneous vasodilation) cool. This blood cooling helps lower the internal temperature. The body cannot cool itself adequately when dehydration occurs. When an excessive amount of fluids is lost and not replaced during exercise and the internal temperature increases, some pathological manifestations such as heat exhaustion or heat stroke (described above) may occur.
Increasing states of dehydration cause increasing degrees of reduction in the athlete's physical and mental performance.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
