Indications
Miotop is a food supplement designed to support the diet of athletes.
Branched chain amino acids are an adequate supplement to the diet of athletes.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, B12 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, B2 to normal energy-yielding metabolism, B6 to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, B1 to normal cardiac function, B3 to normal functioning of the nervous system and B9 (folic acid) to normal hematopoiesis.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 sachet, 1-2 times a day, dissolved in 250 or 500 ml of water. Shake until completely dissolved.
