Indications
MIOSAR is a food supplement based on branched-chain amino acids and pea proteins, supplemented with Vitamins C, D, B1, B2, B6, and B12.
The components of MIOSAR, added to the diet, contribute to improving the nutritional status of subjects with loss of skeletal muscle mass (sarcopenia) due to malnutrition, aging, or chronic diseases.
MIOSAR is also useful for subjects with reduced physical capacity and easy fatigue, who perform little daily physical activity, are bedridden, or confined to the home. MIOSAR helps counteract the loss of lean mass and improve muscular and cognitive performance.
It can be used as a supplement for: be used in subjects undergoing low-calorie diets but also in states of malnutrition resulting from reduced protein intake.
Vitamins C and B contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Pea protein isolate (soy), L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, flavoring; acidifier: citric acid; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use and Dosage
Take one sachet per day, dissolved in 150 ml of water. Stir briefly and drink immediately.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
