Indications

Mineralmap is also used to support all seven tissues of the body (Dhatu).
Shatavari, Ashvagandha, Gokshura and Brihatgokshura act favorably as tonics; Amalaki and Long Pepper act favorably as adaptogenic tonics.
This availability would be facilitated by the interaction between each individual mineral and the individual plants in the composition, aimed at promoting the improvement of Apana, to better allow the absorption, assimilation and use of nutrients and in particular of minerals.

Directions for use and Dosage

Take 1 tablet twice daily before meals.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
