Indications
Micotherapy Reishi is a food supplement based on organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) (IT BIO 006) - Made in Europe.
Also called the "Mushroom of a Thousand Years" and the "Mushroom of Immortality," Reishi is traditionally considered a useful remedy for restoring balance to the body, helping to improve resistance to disease.
Reishi is a mushroom from which numerous bioactive compounds have been isolated that partially explain its functions; the most relevant are: polysaccharides, in particular beta-glucans, glycoproteins, triterpenes, sterols, amino acids, nucleosides, vitamins and minerals, including high quantities of germanium. Thanks to its properties, Reishi helps regulate and strengthen the immune system. It also has a natural calming effect, helping to improve the ability to manage psychophysical stress.

Directions for use and Dosage
