Mode of use e Dosage
1-2 capsules of Mico-Five+Chaga, or as prescribed by your doctor, before meals, preceded by one tablet of ASKORBATO KCPR Time Release (rich in vitamin C) to promote the absorption of beta-glucans. Take on an empty stomach (or as prescribed by your doctor) and swallow with a little water. For better absorption, it is preferable to take on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes before eating.
