Dissolve 1 stick in at least 200 ml of water, juice, or smoothie.
Light skin types (I–III)
- Pre: start 2 months before sun exposure
- During: continue for the entire period of exposure
- Post: continue up to 3–4 weeks after
Dark skin types (IV–VI)
- Pre: start 2–3 weeks before sun exposure
- During: continue for the entire period of exposure exposure
- Post: continue up to 3–4 weeks later
It is recommended to take preferably in the morning after breakfast. The presence of fat in the meal improves the absorption of carotenoids and fat-soluble vitamins.
