Indications

Mgk Liposomiale by Inner is a food supplement containing three sources of magnesium and three sources of potassium, making them liposomal thanks to CholinActive®. The synergistic combination of these two microelements brings notable benefits to the body's biological processes such as hydration, transmission of nerve impulses, muscles, as well as enzymatic cofactors. It is aimed at anyone who wants to reduce the risk of muscle cramps and replenish magnesium and potassium levels that are lost through sweating and during physical activity. The unique liposomal formulation guarantees stability of the active ingredients and rapid absorption at the cellular level, increasing hydration and improving bioavailability.

Active ingredients

Liposomial Mg-K™: a liposome containing three sources of potassium (potassium chloride, potassium citrate and Covico™ Performance) and three sources of magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and GivoMag™) on a CholinActive® matrix, a phospholipid rich in phosphatidylcholine.

Three sources of potassium: Moldes has selected three different sources of potassium, two sources linked to a specific salt and one deriving from the Covico™ patent. This allows you to add all the benefits of salts to the benefits of potassium.

Chloride: Chloride is the main intra- and extracellular anion: it performs various actions in the body:

• it participates in maintaining osmotic pressure
• it contributes to the regulation of acid-base balance
• it contributes to maintaining water balance

Citrate: citrate mineral salts represent the most common form in nature, particularly in fruit and vegetables. They have high bioavailability and do not cause gastrointestinal problems. Their metabolism determines an alkalizing effect on the body, which translates into maintaining athletic performance.

Covico™ Performance: dehydrated coconut water, obtained from green coconuts through an innovative cold-pressed production process that allows the product's characteristics to remain unchanged. This special raw material represents a pool of mineral salts (particularly potassium) and other trace elements. Coconut water is naturally rich in sodium and potassium, as well as calcium and magnesium: this concentration of active ingredients helps replenish depleted electrolyte reserves in the body, ensuring proper fluid balance and preventing dehydration.

Potassium is a very important electrolyte for our body. It participates in muscle contraction (including that of the heart muscle), contributes to the regulation of fluid and mineral balance inside and outside cells, and helps control blood pressure. Potassium is lost in large quantities from the body through sweat: it is therefore a fundamental element for active individuals and it is essential to maintain adequate levels in the body.

Three sources of magnesium

Moldes has selected three different sources of magnesium, each linked to a specific countersalt.

Oxide: the form with the highest titration of magnesium, determines an anti-acid effect.

• Citrate: citrate mineral salts are the most common form in nature, particularly in fruit and vegetables. They have high bioavailability and do not cause gastrointestinal problems. Their metabolization determines an alkalizing action in the body which translates into maintaining athletic performance.
• GivoMag™ (Magnesium Glycerophosphate): a patent that provides three substances in a single product (magnesium, glycerol and phosphorus). GivoMag™ improves the bioavailability of magnesium by being bound to the glycerophosphate anion: this chelated form allows the active ingredient to be protected from digestion, promoting its absorption and improving metabolism.

Once the transport phase is completed, phosphatidylcholine itself becomes an active ingredient:

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 2 capsules during the day.
