Indications
Merlino is a syrup with an antitussive effect thanks to the action of alpha hederin, a saponin that acts by inhibiting the internalization of b2 adrenergic receptors in the respiratory tract with an indirect bronchodilator action. Merlino can be used for all respiratory conditions whose symptoms include coughing, with an effective action on both productive and dry coughs.
Ingredients
Stabilizer: sorbitol syrup; purified water, flavoring, ivy (Hedera helix L.) leaves 10% hederacoside-C; thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid.

Directions for use and Dosage
Shake before use. Recommended dose: children: 5 ml of syrup 4 times a day; adults: 10 ml of syrup 4 times a day.
