Indications

Memo mix is a food supplement specially formulated to combine phosphatidylserine, magnesium, vitamins and plant extracts.

Eleutherococcus is useful for memory and cognitive functions, ginseng has a tonic action in cases of physical and mental fatigue, while turmeric and goji extracts have an antioxidant action.

Magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute, together with thiamine, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and together with folic acid, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

L-Carnitine tartrate, Bulking agent: cellulose; Eleutherococcus (Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim) root e.s. tit. 8% saponosides, Magnesium oxide, Longvida® optimized Turmeric extract (Turmeric rhizome and .s . (Curcuma longa L.), tit. 23% Curcuminoids (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin)), Goji (Lycium barbarum L.) fruit and .s . tit. 40% polysaccharides, Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey .) root e.s. tit. 20% ginsenosides, Phosphatidylserine (derived from soy lecithin), Olive (Olea europea L.) fruit e.s. tit. 10% hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives), Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take one tablet twice a day.

Warnings

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under 3 years of age. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight.
