Melatonin ACT + Forte 5 complex and Valerian is a food supplement that combines the benefits of valerian and melatonin, helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep while also promoting mental well-being and relaxation in case of stress.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract tit. 0.42% in Valerenic acid; Vitamin B3 (Niacin); Vitamin B1 (Thiamine); Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Glazing agents: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, stearic acid; California poppy herb dry extract (Eschscholtzia californica L.) tit. 0.2% Protopin; Tryptophan; Melatonin; Griffonia seeds e.s. (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill); vanillin.

Directions for use and Dosage

1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, shortly before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Any perceptible odors are due to the herbal ingredients present.
