Product Description

Melatonin-based food supplement. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Gluten-free. Alcohol-free.

Directions for use

We recommend taking 4 drops a day, in the evening before bedtime. The product can be taken as is or diluted in water. 4 drops contain 1 mg of melatonin.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
