Indications

Megaride is a supplement rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 100% natural micronized fruit pulp obtained from the baobab plant. The fruit pulp provides a significant amount of soluble fiber (22.54%) and insoluble fiber (22.04%). The soluble baobab fibers, present in the fruit pulp, have a prebiotic effect, selectively stimulating the growth and metabolic activity of microbial groups such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in the large intestine, improving the balance of the intestinal microflora. These probiotic bacteria improve lactose digestion, prevent diarrhea, and stimulate the immune system. Insoluble fibers are not absorbed by the intestine but increase intestinal transit, combat constipation, and induce a feeling of satiety that can be used as part of a low-calorie diet. Baobab pulp provides iron and approximately 300 mg of vitamin C and calcium per 100 grams of product. It is useful for athletes, providing carbohydrates and essential amino acids in perfect sequence. The pulp has an important cleansing effect on the liver.
