Indications
Matervit is also indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake of minerals and vitamins.
The presence of high doses of magnesium in synergistic action with vitamin B6, zinc and copper, makes it useful for alleviating premenstrual syndrome, and in the non-pharmacological prophylaxis of uterine contractility following prenatal testing.
Gluten-free, it can also be taken without contraindications by celiac patients.
Folic acid is indicated in the prevention of neural tube defects and, perhaps, other congenital malformations.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water at any time of the day during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
In premenstrual syndrome, and for the non-pharmacological prophylaxis of uterine contractility, we recommend taking two capsules per day.
