It contains all the essential vitamins and minerals to support the metabolism and supplement the diet of pregnant women. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the main component of fish oil, contributes to the development of the brain and eyes of the fetus*.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids for adults, which is equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Directions for use and Dosage
The dosage for this food supplement is as follows: it is recommended to take one tablet and one soft capsule per day of Multicentrum mamma DHA, swallowed with water, even separately, at any time of the day.
Taking the product does not give rise to accumulation phenomena if respected in accordance with the instructions for use: do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Multicentrum mamma DHA can be taken for prolonged periods.
