Ingredients

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Magnesium gluconate, Magnesium oxide, dry extract of Chaste tree fruit (Vitex agnus-castus, maltodextrin) titrated at 0.5% in agnuside, colouring film: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), Titanium dioxide (E171), Polydextrose (E1200), Talc (E553b), Maltodextrin, Medium chain vegetable triglycerides; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Directions for use

2-3 tablets per day to be taken before main meals with plenty of water.
