Magnesium and Potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. B vitamins contribute to the normal function of the immune system (B12, B6, folic acid) and the nervous system (niacin, B12, B6, B2, B1, biotin), psychological function (niacin, B12, B6, B1, biotin), and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (niacin, pantothenic acid, B12, B6, B2, folic acid).
