Indications
Trace Element Magnesium from Elekea is an essential mineral for the proper functioning of our body and represents 0.05% of body weight, found mainly in bones (70%), muscles (29%) and to a minimal extent also in the blood (1%). Fundamental for energy metabolism, it participates in the formation of glucose and protein synthesis and is very important for the nervous system, because it manages the transmission of nerve stimuli to the muscles and regulates communication between neurons and muscle cells. It facilitates the assimilation of important B vitamins, as well as vitamins C and E. Thanks to the synthesis of vitamin D, it contributes to bone formation, on the one hand, and to strengthening the immune system, on the other. Excellent for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. Magnesium regulates the heartbeat, prevents heart attacks and keeps high blood pressure under control. Furthermore, it prevents kidney stones, as it ensures the solubility of calcium in urine.
Ingredients
Saline solution, Magnesium gluconate 1,780 mg (equivalent to Magnesium 0.105 mg).
Directions for use and Dosage
Administer orally upon waking. Take 1 vial every other day. Hold the liquid under the tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.

Do not exceed the daily dose. Supplements cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. Follow a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
