Food supplement based on marine magnesium and vitamin B6
Indications
Food supplement in tablets based on three sources of magnesium including marine, citrate and pidolate in combination with vitamin B6 which promotes its absorption.
It is useful against tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride; total magnesium content equal to 45%); bulking agents: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; magnesium citrate, magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten-free. Lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, preferably between meals.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Best before date of manufacture, in unopened packaging: 36 months.
