Indications

Magnesium Chloride Crystals is a magnesium supplement, useful in cases of reduced daily intake or increased need for this nutrient, such as in cases of prolonged stress. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance and the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per 100 g: magnesium chloride (hexahydrate) crystals 100 g.

Directions for use and Dosage

1 heaped teaspoon (5 ml corresponding to 3.75 g) in half a glass of water, to be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.

Warnings

Do not use during pregnancy. Breastfeeding women and children are recommended to consult a doctor. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
