Magnesium Oxide, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate; White Coating (Glazing Agent: Polyvinyl Alcohol; Colorant: Lithium Dioxide; Stabilizer: Polyethylene Glycol; Anti-caking Agent: Talc), Anti-caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide (nano), Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids.

We recommend taking one tablet per day.
