Indications
The Magnifood complex contains plants and mushrooms with specific tonic and adaptogenic action, we also find spirulina, an algae rich in vitamins and a vegan protein source par excellence. The dosages of micronutrients have been specifically dosed for athletes, in fact the levels of B vitamins, iron, chromium, vitamin E, CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid and astaxanthin have been increased, which are specific micronutrients for cellular energy production and to reduce the oxidative load resulting from physical effort.
Main ingredients
- Spirulina is a rich source of pigments (i.e. chlorophyll, carotenoids and phycocyanin); highly digestible proteins (usually over 55%); vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and enzymes;
- Beetroot juice and leaves rich in folate, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and copper; contains betaine, a methyl group donor molecule, useful for lowering homocysteine levels;
- Stabilized rice bran a very rich source of vitamin E and its isomers, B vitamins, minerals, fiber, and essential fatty acids. Furthermore, it lists as many as 100 different antioxidant compounds (e.g. alpha lipoic acid which recycles vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10) and superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that intervenes in the neutralization of free radicals;
- Siberian Ginseng known as Eleutherococcus, a plant with adaptogenic action, specifically for supporting physical and mental stress. Important for athletes because it supports physical effort and the stress that follows;
- Cordyceps and Reishi are freeze-dried mushrooms, important for supporting physical activity, Cordyceps in particular improves the availability of oxygen at the cellular level and the production of ATP. They support the body's natural defenses, which tend to weaken after intense physical activity;
- Ginger and Cayenne Pepper improve the absorption of phytocomplexes and micronutrients.
