Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 15 ml scoop diluted in a large glass of water twice a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Or dilute 2 15 ml scoops (30 ml total) in 1 liter of water to drink throughout the day. The measuring scoop is included in the package.
