Indications

Linusan by PhytoItalia is a fiber and Omega 3 supplement of natural origin.
The effectiveness of these flax seeds is due to the fact that they are mechanically split and stored under inert gas.
Common flaxseed is useless if not split.

Ingredients

Per 100 g: Omega 3 (24.8 g), Flaxseed.

Directions for use and Dosage

Constipation: one tablespoon in a glass of water (150 ml minimum), or direct intake followed by water, or 1 tablespoon mixed with yogurt, or in soups or salads 2-3 times a day. For children aged 3 to 12 years, 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
Cholesterol: consuming 15g to 50g of Flaxseed per day can reduce cholesterol levels. Help reduce blood cholesterol levels.
Gastritis or enteritis: 5 to 10 g of golden flax seeds in 150 ml of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
