Lichedi is a food supplement based on plant-based vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal teeth and the normal function of the immune system. Directions for use and Dosage
Shake before use. We recommend taking 5-10 drops (in a glass of water or on a small piece of bread) per day according to individual needs. For use of the product in children, after consulting a doctor, we recommend 2 drops* per day.
