It is recommended to take 2 LactoHELP tablets before each consumption of milk or other products containing lactose.

Warnings

If symptoms of lactose intolerance persist, you can increase the number of tablets needed before your next meal, up to a maximum of 30 per day. LactoHELP has no known side effects. Individual lactase requirements depend on the amount naturally produced by the body and the amount of lactose ingested through food and drink.
The required lactase intake can therefore vary considerably from person to person. With LactoHELP, you can determine your lactase intake by varying the number of tablets. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
