Purified water; fructose; acidity regulators: citric acid; sodium citrate; preservatives: potassium sorbate; sodium methyl p-hydroxybenzoate; sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate.

The recommended dose is 1 vial per day, at any time of the day (even near meals). It can be diluted in drinks, fruit juices, milk, and baby food (even hot).
