Mixture of lactic ferments (Lactobacillus acidophilus LA807, Bifidobacterium lactis LA304, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA201, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LA801, Lactobacillus gasseri LA806, Bifidobacterium bifidum LA803, corn starch, Bifidobacterium breve LA805, Bifidobacterium lactis LA804), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, methylcellulose), corn starch; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: fatty acids.

How to use and Dosage
Take 2 capsules a day, with a glass of water before meals.
