Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 to 3 capsules at a time shortly before a meal containing lactose. It is recommended to take a maximum of 15 tablets per day. Lactase 10,000 capsules can be taken before any meal containing lactose. The capsules can be taken with water. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can dissolve the contents of the tablet in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for children (aged 2 years and up). After taking them, the enzymes remain active for approximately 30-45 minutes.
