Indications
Krono Protein 95 is a food supplement of different protein sources that contributes to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. It nourishes the muscles thanks to the 6 different protein sources it is composed of which are gradually absorbed by the body also giving a prolonged feeling of satiety:
- Microfiltered whey proteins;
- Isolated whey proteins;
- Hydrolyzed whey proteins;
- Egg white proteins;
- Instant milk caseins from ultrafiltration;
- Soy protein isolate.
The other ingredients contribute to: normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the regulation of hormonal activity (Vit B6), normal acid-base metabolism and normal protein synthesis (zinc), the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit B2 and B6), the normal function of the immune system (Vit B6 and zinc), the maintenance of normal skin and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vit B2 and zinc).

Directions for use and Dosage
Shake the contents of one dose (equal to 2 tablespoons) with a shaker, together with water. 2 times a day (preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon). One dose should be taken immediately after training, along with carbohydrates.
Warnings
The product contains a source of phenylalanine. For prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. However, do not use the product in cases of liver or kidney disease, during pregnancy, or in children under 12 years of age without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
