Indications
Katacis is a food supplement based on betaine, zinc bisglycinate, folic acid and vitamins B2, B6 and B12. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Ingredients
Betaine hydrochloride; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate).
Gluten-free. Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water.
