Indications
Katabios is a supplement of B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B5, B6), to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins E, B2) and to the maintenance of the normal functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6), specifically:
- Vitamin C: Contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical activity and to normal collagen formation.
- Vitamin A: Contributes to the normal maintenance of mucous membranes and skin.
- Vitamin B6: Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and hormonal activity.
- Vitamin B3: Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Vitamin B2: Contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal iron metabolism.
- Vitamin E: Helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B12: Contributes to the normal functioning of the psychological system.
- Vitamin B5: Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B1: Helps maintain normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide (E171), stearic acid (E570), microcrystalline cellulose.
Free from gluten, sugars and colorings.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day, at any time of the day.
