Directions for use

Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of two scoops (equivalent to approximately 30 g of product) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical exercise, it is recommended to consume 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (one sip every 15 minutes approximately) and taking into account the intensity of the exercise and environmental conditions.
