Directions for use and Dosage
Prepare one portion by dissolving the contents of two scoops (equivalent to approximately 30 g of product) in a 500 ml bottle.
During intense physical exercise, we recommend taking 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (one sip every 15 minutes approximately) and taking into account the intensity of the exercise and environmental conditions.
Expert advice:
To prepare a solution of carbohydrates and mineral salts, dissolve two scoops equal to 30 g in a 500 ml bottle. During exercise, it is important to drink regularly, a sip every 15-20 minutes.
