Indications

Isocarb 2:1 is an instant drink based on maltodextrin and fructose (2:1 ratio) with vitamin B1 that provide long-lasting energy, for long-lasting and high-intensity sports performance.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin DE1 AGENANOVA (66%) - Fructose (31%) - Acidifier: Citric acid - Sodium chloride - Natural lemon flavour - Thiamine hydrochloride. May contain traces of calcium carbonate. contain traces of milk, eggs, soy.

Directions for use and Dosage

For physical activity lasting no longer than 2 hours, dissolve 1 scoop of product in a 500 ml bottle for each hour of effort and obtain a hypotonic drink that provides 30 g of carbohydrates, less concentrated.

For continuous and prolonged effort over 2 hours, to obtain an isotonic carbohydrate-based drink, the recommended dose for each hour of effort is 2 scoops in a 500 ml bottle (corresponding to 60 g of carbohydrates).

For particularly intense physical activity lasting over 3 hours, dissolve 3 scoops of product in a 750 ml bottle for each hour of effort: in this way you will obtain an isotonic drink that provides 90 g of carbohydrates (in a 2:1 ratio) per hour. This dose is recommended only for longer and more intense efforts.
