iPep is a food supplement based on a source of hydrolyzed and instantized whey protein isolate: OPTIPEP® 90 DH4, one of the most advanced, complete and qualitative protein sources available on the market.
Hydrolysis is a process of breaking down proteins into simpler molecular structures, peptides, composed of small chains of amino acids, highly digestible and bioavailable very quickly.
Due to its characteristics, iPEP represents an ideal product for athletes' nutrition. iPep contains 60-65% of amino acids as "di-tri-peptides" Rapidly assimilated, it provides 22% BCAAs and superior quality proteins (biological value B.V. = 104); it also provides a significant dose of calcium and phosphorus.
The new formulation is enriched with nucleotides, the building blocks of DNA, which in certain physiological conditions, such as intense stress, infections, and sports activity, become semi-essential nutrients. Nucleotides help maintain the integrity of the intestinal barrier, have prebiotic activity, promote the increase of intestinal immunoglobulins, and help modulate cortisol, known as the stress hormone.

Directions for use and dosage
Take 20 g of product per day, equal to approximately 2 level scoops, dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between main meals.
