Indications
It is now clinically accepted that in both young and old men, the prostate tissue can undergo physiopathological and structural changes that can compromise, more or less seriously, the quality of life with the appearance of phenomena such as frequent and difficult urination and post-micturition tenesmus.
Congestive-inflammatory lesions, typical of young men, are the basic characteristic of prostatitis; Cervico-urethral obstructive syndrome in old age is the basic characteristic of benign prostatic hypertrophy.
The two clinical conditions mentioned above are often associated in all benign prostatic pathology.
IPB-tre, consisting of the synergistic combination of three substances with both anti-inflammatory (Pinus Pinaster) and anti-edema (Serenoa Repens), as well as anti-proliferative (Urtica Dioica and Serenoa Repens) action, is a reference product in the therapeutic pathology of benign prostate conditions.
In fact, Pinus Pinaster carries out a powerful anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX 1 and COX 2).
Urtica Dioica, due to its high content of lignans and pentacyclic triterpenes, plays a key role in the treatment of benign prostatic conditions. an anti-proliferative action thanks to its anti-androgenic power through the inhibition of the 5-alpha reductase enzyme and the blocking of the androgen receptors of dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
Finally, Serenoa Repens carries out its action both by controlling the amount of biologically active testosterone and by opposing the edematous processes induced by prostatic pathology.
Dosage and Directions for Use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with the main meal.
