Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking the following doses, one to three times a day at any time:
- 2 ml for children aged 1 to 3 years;
- 3.5 ml for children aged 4 to 6 years;
- 5 ml for children aged 7 to 10 years;
- 10 ml for adults.
Dilute the product in water, stir, and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
