Vitamin D intervenes in the process of cell division.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal red blood cell formation, normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin B6 and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
