Food supplement containing magnesium (Triomig: Magnesium citrate, Magnesium gluconate, Magnesium lactate), potassium, creatine, and green tea extract. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. In synergy with potassium, it contributes to normal muscle function and the functioning of the nervous system. Green tea extract, which enriches the formulation, has antioxidant properties and a tonic effect, helping to combat physical and mental fatigue.

Sweeteners: erythritol; sucralose; magnesium (TrioMig: Magnesium lactate, Magnesium citrate tribasic, Magnesium gluconate); potassium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine monohydrate; flavoring; coloring: E150a (plain caramel, maltodextrin); green tea extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Directions for use
We recommend taking 2 sachets per day, each dissolved in a glass of water (about 100 ml).

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
