INLUDHA is a dietary supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, lutein, and DHA, useful for preventing or slowing the degeneration of the ocular, cerebral, joint, neural, and skin systems. It stands out because it combines three active ingredients that are important both qualitatively and quantitatively in the same tablet.

Composition

Alpha Lipoic Acid: it is the most powerful antioxidant and anti-radical agent known to date. The most important characteristic of this substance is that, thanks to its particularly small size, it captures free radicals in the most inaccessible places in our body. It also stimulates the production of endogenous cortisone (cortisol), which, thanks to its antioxidant power, has the ability to regenerate substances already oxidized.
DHA: is an essential component of the brain and the sheaths that cover and protect the nervous system, but also of the photoreceptor membranes of the retina, which represent the part of our body made up of the highest percentage of DHA (about 60%).
Lutein and Zeaxanthin: These are structural isomers that belong to the carotenoid family. They are mainly present in the macula, contained in the cell body of the photoreceptors, where they perform a protective, regenerating and antioxidant action. They are not synthesized by our body, therefore, they must necessarily be supplemented.
Vitamins E, B6 and B12: have a protective, antioxidant action and optimize the absorption of the above-mentioned components.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets of INLUDHA per day for cycles of at least three months.
When to use it: in all diseases affecting the ocular system, such as age-related macular degeneration, maculopathy, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma.
Peripheral neuropathies such as: presbyopia.
Furthermore, its use is recommended as an adjuvant in the treatment of tinnitus, hypocausitis and in all neurodegenerative diseases.
