Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one to three sachets per day.
Dissolve in 150 ml/200 ml of water or other beverage at room temperature.
It is important that the liquid in which the powder is dissolved is not hot, because the heat can damage the skin. compromise the solubility and alter the quality of the nutrients present.
Let it rest for a few minutes after shaking and then drink the drink.

Contains a source of phenylalanine.
