Immunity and Defense by Multicentrum is a supplement of Vitamins, Minerals and Black Elderberry specifically formulated for immune defenses. Contains botanical extract from black elderberries which helps support the body's natural defenses. The black elderberry extract is obtained through a purely mechanical ultrafiltration technology that preserves its properties. It also contains a mix of Vitamins A, C, D, Zinc and Selenium for the normal function of the immune system and Vitamin E for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and Dosage

For adults. 2 capsules per day to be taken with water, preferably during a meal.
