Directions for use:
- Children: 10 drops, 3 times a day.
- Adults: 30 drops, 3-4 times a day.
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote absorption. The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation and make it more easily absorbed.
