Hydro Fuel is a mineral salt supplement for sports suitable for replenishing water and salt losses, quickly replenishing the body with energy, and integrating during intense workouts. In addition to mineral salts, this mix is also balanced with simple and complex carbohydrates to provide hydration and energy during sports activity. Among the simple and complex carbohydrates that compose it, we find maltodextrins, dextrose, and fructose. Maltodextrins are essential for a constant supply of energy, also ensuring easy digestion. Dextrose and fructose, on the other hand, are a rapid and immediate source of energy. Magnesium contributes to the body's electrolyte balance, reduces tiredness and fatigue, and promotes concentration (also important during workouts). Potassium regulates the normal function of the nervous system, sweating, and intra-extracellular water balance. Calcium aids muscle function, promoting muscle contraction. Phosphorus, on the other hand, together with B vitamins, helps regulate energy metabolism. To complete, vitamin C which helps protect cells from oxidative stress and energy production processes, increases the body's resistance and promotes the absorption of iron and other minerals such as zinc, calcium and magnesium.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 20 g of powder (one scoop) in 400 ml of water during sports activity.
