Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 4 capsules daily, two capsules together every 12 hours, for 30 days. Thereafter, it is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, one capsule every 12 hours for another 60 days.

Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or those who are breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
